When mum Fiorenza and her son Lorenzo start tinkering in the kitchen, a delicious fragrance starts to drift into our typical Ladin-style restaurant. Welcome to the wonderful Ladin part of Hotel Latemar, where the wooden walls, floor, and tables recreate the warm, cosy atmosphere of the old “Stube” lounges of bygone days, while the selection of delicacies represent the perfect union of love for Ladin tradition and curiosity for world cultures. Abundant, rich in vitamins, but also delicious, the breakfast at the Hotel Latemar will give you the right amount of energy to face your adventures in Val di Fassa.
Every morning our delicious breakfast is served buffet style in the restaurant room of the Latemar Hotel.
Double Suite Special Breakfast: Those who stay in the Suites (King, Deluxe, Luxury), in addition to choosing from the buffet, have an A' la Carte menu available with sweet and savory choices and exclusive niche drinks.
Plus! If you stay in a Luxury Suite: reserved table in the Ladin-style Stube!

Our breakfasts may be served in different locations, but the quality is the same! Here’s what you can look forward to after waking up:
- Homemade sweet and savoury products: sausages from our trusted butcher, cheese from the local cheese dairy, honey, and organic marmalades and jams

A small preview of what the A' la Carte Menu reserved for the Suites includes: Avocado Toast, Egg in a Hole, Matcha Cappuccino, various choices of fine leaf teas, porridge, and much more...
You can choose to enjoy breakfast in 3 different places:

- on the external Encant terrace with breathtaking views of the Dolomites
- in your Suite / room (extra)
Dinner is served!
Half board includes breakfast and dinner.
This can also be booked by those who have only included the b&b treatment.

The traditional atmosphere and the dishes of the typical local cuisine of Val di Fassa make our Ladin dinner a must for fans of Ladin culture! But this is not all, because we will not simply serve you the dishes of our land, but revisited by our Chefs in a more modern way both for taste and for the palate, while maintaining the authentic flavors of the ancient recipes. A small preview: trio of dumplings, potato gnocchi stuffed with Puzzone di Moena, deer medallion cooked at low temperature with timbale of Storo polenta and to conclude our Strudel gelée...
