Our chefs, mother and son, offer a fusion of traditional dishes with other more modern and innovative ones.
Once a week, usually on Thursday, we offer the typical Ladin dinner with typical Ladin dishes such as dumplings, ciajoncie from Fighi, polenta and stew, while on Tuesday we offer the candlelit gala dinner with innovative dishes such as our cappuccino tomato with Trentingrana Foam.
Most of the vegetables come from organic farming and are grown directly by us in our garden near the hotel at km0.
For breakfast we offer both savory and homemade products, some of which are more delicious like cakes or butter croissants and others which are healthier like non-yogurt with Fassa milk or fruit salads.
